The Hatchery uses account, order, and engagement information to provide requested services, secure the platform, and understand aggregate storefront performance.
How it is used
Information supports authentication, requested communications, fulfillment, fraud prevention, support, and service improvement. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider when checkout is active.
Your choices
Newsletter and product-alert subscriptions include a secure preference link. Signed-in customers can remove wishlist items, download an account-data copy, or permanently delete their account from Account Settings. Device-only preferences can be cleared through browser controls.
Retention and requests
Records are retained only as needed for their stated purpose, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling. Use Account Settings for self-service access or deletion, or submit a Privacy request through the Contact page for correction and other assistance.
